Hire Charges (applies 8am ~ 11pm)

- Ad Hoc Hourly Rates
Please note a minimum hire charge of one hour applies to all hires.
All users – £18 per hour
A discount will be applied to the invoice for Cocking residents, when hire is for social purposes
- All Day Rates
Hire between 8am and 5pm. Extra hours can be booked by prior
arrangement with the Bookings Secretary at the applicable rate
All hirers – £150 per day
- A cleaning charge of £40 is applicable to any bookings of more than 24 hours
Full payment is required to obtain confirmation of your booking. Non-payment within 14DAYS of the invoice date will result in cancellation. If your booking is within 14 days immediate payment is required
Cancellation charges for all hire rates above – £50 or the hire fee, whichever is the smaller, if more than 14 days prior to the booking. Within 14 days: no refund .
Date changes after confirmation may be permitted for a fee of £25 (if requested more than 14 days prior) subject to availability.
- Weekend Rates
A. Hire between 8am Saturday and 5pm on Sunday.
£450 ( £200 non refundable deposit payable prior to confirmation) -cancellation terms and other T and Cs will be advised on your invoice.
B. 5pm Friday to 11pm Sunday £650 ( £250 non refundable deposit payable prior to confirmation) – cancellation terms and other T and Cs on invoice.
C. Midday Friday to Midday Monday – £750 (£250 non refundable deposit payable prior to confirmation) – cancellation terms and other T and Cs on invoice.
Date changes may be permitted for weekend packages if requested more than 4 weeks prior, a fee of £50 will apply.
- Car Park only
£10 per hour – discount for Cocking residents
- Marquee/Gazebo in field £100 per day per marquee (includes external power)
- Use of external power £40 per 24 hours

Hire rate includes use of the village hall, the car park and the sports field. Note that use of the sports field is not exclusive to the Hirer
